stats dont matter as much as ppl make them out to but u can craft most pieces with whatever stats you want and pvp ilvl

Tier slot stats are locked in place, I like crafting rings just cause u get the free socket that way. Other than that you can craft the other off pieces if u want to move a few percent vers to mastery

Most ppl run the cc stat proc boots plus precog I’m pretty sure, I just did sporecloak instead of boots cause having cloak is comfy and I don’t think boots dmg is as big as ppl think
