Hey all was looking for a little feral advice hopefully.

Firstly in all melee lobbies how do you handle being trained? I had a lobby with 2dks and a warrior and was trained every game. I just sat in bear form and used defensives on their goes but even sitting in bear it seems healers just can't keep up.

Also atm I'm just focussing on SS. What's feral playstyle in SS? Should I be spreading dots on all 3 or focussing 1 target?

I've come from playing resto and Boomie so I'm still learning feral and would rather go for the easiest playstyle until I improve

Sitting in bear is bait. Bear is for when you can predict a stun or if your healer is caught in a long CC chain and you need to tank for some 6 seconds, press FR. But you don't want to sit in bear form putting out 0 damage and generating no pressure, especially in shuffle that is very zug and momentum based. In bear you also can't use Maim or Rake stun.
Try to root the one you're not actively hitting as you steer away from them and abuse your extra range to hit, trying to lower their uptime a bit. When you stun one, try to clone the other if you're not in incarn.

You're kind of a glass cannon but if you just sit bear you dont have any cannon there

It's a bit of game feel and playing it by ear tho, double melee is rough sometimes

Against double melee you probably always wanna play primal wrath and apex so you can create more pressure

Who you hit just depends on classes, positioning

Swapping healer can create some advantages too. Against rdru it just forces them to spend a lot of mana if not outright kills them if they're caught off guard and you have meaningful damage. Against hpala it can be good to swap on sac since you'll have bleeds from main target feeding damage into them as well.

Disc usually deals well enough with being swapped to but poorly with high damage on one target

When I ever get duelist on a toon I'll gear up a couple of more alts for fun - have like 15000 conquest and 70-80 conquest boxes sitting around waiting for that

But time is running short - particularly since my wife and I are going to blizzcon this year... with like 12 guildies... so that's like a 5 day trip wher I won't be able to push for duelist

My general tips / suggestionsa are.

I would suggest running the most boring talents in the world BkGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0kkENRSiGigkUSaKaJBAAAAAAAAAAAAKASiQCSCQSIJSjkW4AAAAAAARAAAB
Vs priests of all types you need to be aware of where they are to avoid fear. Sometimes its inevetable, but gotta at least make it harder for them
Sporecloak is fine, but you gotta trust yourself more to hold tranq. Especially with sporecloak and renewal to lean on you shouldnt usually need tranq in the opener
Often I feel like you trinkeded in a siutation where I wouldnt have, just because it was a long duration. In some of those moments youre team is at high hp and not likely to take big damage and was (probably) safe

It feels like youre incorrectly scared of the aug evo at times. Their damage profile is almost entirely cooldown based. Here are some quick tips:
- Their biggest damage is via the yellow fly thing. If you see that 100% they about to crank your team. And you need to likely insta overgrowth after the tip'ed fire breath
- Outside of tip the scales and fire breath their burst isnt un-managable, but can still be high if they get some crits/procs
- If they dont have ebon might up, they arent doing anything relevant damage wise. If you do see them cast ebon might and youre close enough, getting a clone off Bricks their team's whole damage till its up again

Talents are boring af, but give you the most throughput overall, especially for when dumb dps lines you or run to narnia having the extra hot stack really helps.

its trickier to use and can get you into trouble

even if you dont use it optimally to get one on their healer getting a bash clone on a dps while they have cooldowns up is more value than it sitting availalbe

but dont just yolo send it too, Ive thrown rounds where I just bear charge into the healer and get incaped/swept and just like lose

also for positioning human form wild charge is so fancy. Its so fast, I use it to get away from priests charging for fear or hunters coming in for trap etc

Final point is I would just pick one talent set and always run them. My thought being if you hit 2077, you don’t really need to get much / any better. Just need to be a bit more consistent and having to remember if you have overgrowth or spring blossoms or verdancy or not is the anthesis to that

Want to just be running a solid setup and use that extra brain space to position a little better or line / shift cc instead of having to think about your talents in game @sand panther
