This is probably just me trying to copium over swarm split, but my reasoning here is this
You're generally in trouble having a bad time if you have to swap Lifeblooms a lot. If you don't, then you are safe and a-ok. If enemy is swapping targets a lot, BL value drops a bit, Swarm split value goes up a bit. If enemy isn't swapping, should be safe. Build for the toughest times, not for the most raw throughput ig.
