Neither the Swiftmend nor the Nourishes go necessarily on the target you cast Treant on actually. But anyways
It's 3x mastery value like regular Nourish. So at 18% mastery, 20% vers, 6 mastery stacks (overgrowth) it's gonna do a ~68k swiftmend into ~40k per nourish cast before reductions, with the WG doing around 28k at that.
A stacked up instant Nourish in this same situation does ~205k @clear fox

dunno if it's still the case but sounds fishy to play with only starfire.
wrath is baseline isnt it? so you dot up, use starsurge and cast wrath if you are able to do damage and don't have to heal

I personally do not see the reason to pick starsurge at all. It deals about 30k damage as instant cast. Which is less than moonfire with Protector of the Pack, which deals 32k instantly and 40k over 13 sec.
Sure you need to heal to buff moonfire to that damage but you will be healing in between damage anyways

Very versatile in my opinion. Considering that the amount of healing you put on both yourself and ally before going into full immunity with Tranquility, it can deal substantial damage that can't be avoided with line of sight either. It gets harder to get use off when you face against enemies with high healing reduction. Then again, I am only rating 1600 healer in arena.

In 2s at least youre likely running master shapeshifer. and in moonkin form that bad boy returns mana and cranks a fair bit harder
