Overgrowth is a recovery tool not a throughput cd
If you have hots up on a target theres no reason to use it. Generally you want to make sure you have it to deal with certain moments/situations.

It could be used as a cd you're cycling thru each go after cross CC and then maybe you want to make sure it isnt overlapping with ironbark but
