fastest way to get conquest for a beginner is to do the pvp weeklies, dailies and find a friend/mate who plays 2s with you.
Then just play.
or spam solo shuffle and succumb to madness

Rated bg spam if you win is rly good conquest. Shuffle as healer finds games rly fast so its good too. For dps itll take a bit of time in queue.
