I generally will cyclone - and just let it get kicked. I then will pop roar for speed and to get into bear form. Frenzied regen -> attack for rage so I can iron fur. Back into a cyclone.
From here I'm not sure on how to proceed and how to prioritize my other abilities (typhoon, mass entangle, single entangle, more cyclones, bash).

For resto its mostly kiting. You pillar hump and use Vortex or mass root to make space on the more annoying classes. When you get swapped to you either tranq bubble or go bear but your goal should immediately be repositioning to force them to swap back to your dps
