i make my own macros on teamcraft, works pretty good
teamcraft is actually such an amazing piece of software, it detects your inventory etc, so you can say "I wanna craft that and that" and you can follow a shopping list to gather everything, very nice

What has helped me not tilt on ladder was rolling 2 druids when pushing. Just always playing on the lower ranked druid. Dosent take all too long to fully gear, but does take a fair bit of gold to expedite the process

in solo you have to carry. set up CC swaps and pool up oneshots
it's an insanely bursty meta atm so you have to bait out cooldowns first and still have enough on demand burst to finish them off
