So thats possibly 9 items depending on what you're willing to compromise on for pve/pvp

This might be a do as I say not as I do but spending this much time thinking on haste vs. mastery is kinda pointless. Especially when there’s such a wide spread on stat distribution between boomkins based on preference.

Also by mid season you’re swimming in conquest and currency/mats so you’ll be able to swap for true BIS when either a) the community coalesces around a specific loadout or b) you figure out what you prefer for this season

You can use mass root and solar beam together in a macro at the same time like that cuz solar beam isn't on the gcd, but you can't use cyclone cuz the macro will get stuck trying use mass root before it.
