Resto def a mid tier healer right now, but still very playable. The real key right now is running a LOT of mastery. I’m running my s1 embellished items (blue silken lining x2 ) for about 18% total.
In my current games don’t have much time besides slamming max hps but still pulling out a solid winrate / mmr given where we are in the season.
If you have time / interest could watch flop or nogard on twitch. I believe flops’ vods don’t need a sub, and he’s played some shuffle recently. Generally though watched a LOT of nogard streams for high level gameplay, man is truly a shuffle grinder (and really good / informative)

But it's obviously doable because plenty of Rdruids aren't sitting at my CR. I just don't know what they're doing differently.

The 4p gives an extra proc of damage on shooting stars, but again nothing to do with starfall.
I dont think there's anything about starfall that makes shooting stars do anything extra in particular?! So idk no synergy there.

Hi everyone, I'm seeing lots use the mushroom spell over convoke for boomie pvp (not what the guide shows here). Is that the best spell now and if so, what's the rotation? I'm just coming back to WoW.

Convoke is not reliable nor really good when you pull it out. You use mushrooms to get a third dot on your target and proc twilight passive

It's more like a priority more than a rotation to do dmg. Keep your dots up on your target and as many targets as possible. When you burst pop Incarn, root/beam healer and spam surges on your target, use Fury of Elune + Warrior of Elune to keep getting AP
It's kinda hard to explain since I'm learning too, combing back from SL. But doing that I managed to reach 1900 so is a good place to start

With orbital strike applying stellar flare to everyone, 4p, foe and solstice rolling you melt someone
If the healer dispels he gets both dots applied again at 100% haste and bursted down by a starburst

Was thinking about that too, when I'm paired with a SP or a Destro I'll run Starfall, starburst and dying stars and their healer can't top them even with cds. They just fell off, with tier this have to be better
I like playing more clone and surge spam tho, but I'm still toying around with talents

I Sent boots with blue silken lining. It’s 380! Mastery in pvp (ilevel 450)
Huge gain from the ~220 from last season. I’m likely sending double blue silk, 760 mastery / 2.1% mastery is honestly disgustingly good.
Already at softcap with just the boots/titanic insight 421 (blue silk) & blue pvp gear. Going to be a 19% mastery & omega haste season with full gear

its not insanly common that a dps just goes 0-6 and loses everything - it is not common that you get into matches +- 600 rating
maybe more common if you are at like 2.4k but chilling at around 1900-2k atm and most of the healer matchups are very similar mmr
and the only one with massivly different rating ive been in was 300 rating above myself as in dps were ~2.2k
