im watching videos from cdew where he says that healing with party frame targets on F1,F2,F3 is good for him because he doesnt need to move the mouse that much, he doesnt lose action time and he can pay attention to more stuff
he use one example kiting/hugging a pillar and healing at the same time with no probs (F2 for friendly party frame 2 -> heal button)
that way he can use his mouse to change the camera or to run away (double mouse click)

i heal with mouse over macros, coz I learned that way in PVE.
id like to understand if its a minor change or if its ok to heal with mouseover macros

i personally prefer targeting binds because that enabled me to be way faster.
how you bind your targeting is completely your thing.

factoring in how cdew binded his friendly targets you have to consider his keyboard too.
I would never bind my friendly targets on F1-3.
F-Keys are way too far away on my keyboard

im trying to review my issues by reviewing my vods, im constantly trying to seek for answers and stuff in ways that i can improve in my free time
im aware of many issues pointed by friends here in discord, i got the big idea/big picture

-> trading cds, kiting cds, cc'ing enemy dmg cds (avoiding and reducing damage basically... cloning that ret wings, stoping their "go", or mitigating it)
-> pressing "rotational" heal buttons in an effective way.. like, spreading hots with double bloom and regrowth for example, pressing cenarion ward on whoever is being focused, sending efflo when playing verdancy, all hots to maximize mastery / st heals
-> good positioning so i dont get ccd and lose the 'pressure' of the game, coz even if its not their go, my dps might lose cooldowns because of this, and when they really need, they wont have
-> good positioning so i dont get killed/cleaved
-> trying to pay attention on our 'go', so i can help and stop someone

the thing is: i feel that i have the whole idea, but i need to put that in practice, and im failing with it
i feel that im not aware enough of an incoming cc, altho i do have omnibar
and when im aware of the cc, i dont get away fast enough

like monks doing incap-> roll > stun -> song of chiji for example.. they 99% of the time get me lol

and altho i do have an idea of what i need to do, in shuffles, its a disaster.. like, dude has all hots on him, cenarion ward, ironbark, im not CCd, im about to do a big SOTF regrowth and the dude press ice block.. or turtle..

But just be aware that just because you’re comfy with targetting maxros doesn’t suddenly mean that all the other issues go away. It just means that you’ll be slightly faster reacting to damage and getting heals out, as well as freely heal different targets while moving. It won’t suddenly fix everything

I think actively stomping totems is probably crucial against rsham. If you let their totems live they have a lot of passive healing rolling then they have GCDs to purge spam you to death

If you think about it. Stomping totems is functionally the same thing as them purging your hots. You’re spending a GCD or two to get rid of their passive healing. So def should consider sniping those HSTs and HTTs
