you seem to have way too much haste.. you get haste from the left talent tree "Lycara's Teachings" that should be enough.
as rdruid you need a ton of mastery so your hots get a big mastery bonus if you have a lot of em runnin
left tree, remove rake and rip -> put point in starfire and starsurge. never use starfire and use starsurge to do dmg from range. no need for you to go in and stun/bleed people. that's mostly a death sentence.
use dreamstate in the right talent tree right under tranquility. this reduces the cooldown of your druid speels and if you use it well you can answer better against burst.
i made a quick build in the talent calculator. didnt play for a few weeks but this should make you safer if you play like a healbot

I see alot of players picking vein ripper over rip and tear, is that extra 25% time really better ? Seems like if your playing taste for blood you would want that additional bleed for bigger bites. RnT itself usually does 6% of my damage, but its kinda hard to quantify the delta between RnT and VR.....

While I do think there's an angle for Veinripper, I'm pretty sure most people's thought process is "Rip and Tear only does 4% of my damage, idc for it so I'll pick the other day" if they arent just straight copying someone else.

But if you think about it, Rip and Tear lasts 6.4s, Veinripper adds 5s to your Rip with Circle. So you're getting an occasional 5% buff to Bite (you dont rly always get a Bite within 6.4s of pressing Rip) vs you can probably get an extra Bite in between reapplying Rip with the extra duration
