You either go into gladiusex and find a setting for timers for your auras (auras being the generic term for a lot of addons for buffs/hots). Or you download omniCC and see if it applies to your gladius ex (omniCC usually globally adds hot timers to most addons unless there is a conflict with the addon already doing it)
