How do i translate that to meals

and i find the most ez
i dont count protein from veggies
cuz they kinda suck

u need to know which food are rich in carbs
which food are rich in fat
which food are rich in proteins
then u need to make a meal plan combining those
there are similar groups of food that are rich in each macro
for example all grains
are rich in carbs
and u can exchange grains portions
cum is rich in all of thosr
Protein powder is rich in protein
Grains include, rice, bread, pasta
potatoes
etc
and they all have the same nutrients or very similar
in the same portion
so what i do is divide each food portion in 100 cals
so its easier to fit in the macro
So 30 grams of ANY grain food group
has 100 cals
30 grams of rice ( uncooked) 100cals
30 grams of pasta 100 cals
30 grams of bread 100 cals
potatoes are different, 100 grams of potatoes are 100 cals
then u just
add them and substract from ur macros
u know?
so if you had to eat 1000 cals of carb rich food
u could eat 300 grams of rice a day
and that would be 1000cals
or u could eat 150grams of rice + 150 grams of pasta
and that would be 1000cals
etc
and then u do the same with the 2 groups that are left, protein rich food and fat rich foods
its really really simple
that way
u gotta know how much grams of each food is equivalent to 100 cals tho
thats the not easy part
i just know cuz i studied that
in college
100 grams of chicken are 100 cals, 100 grams of lean meat are 100 cals, 6 egg whites are 100 cal

What would be an example of a meal
so u could eat 700 grams of chicken
Or 2 meals one day
a day
or u could mix
u can make ur own meals
with that method
U need to take in account the macro requeriments
are daily
that means u need to eat those nutrients daily
