I think i understand it clearly.
but you seem not to understand the biggest strength of druid.
if the priest doesn't try to kill you and only wants to cc you while your dh is dying.
just prehot dh so he can't die and tank the dumb cc of the priest.

He's a moron if he keeps running after you all game long.
His cc is only valuable if your dh is in immediate danger of dying.

If he tries to solo you just do the same to yourself. Your dh shouldn't die if only 1 dps is on him. Just do the same above. hot dh a bit, hot yourself and let that moron priest try to solo you.

just run around that pillar instead of standing inbetween.
everytime your dh is in los tos 1-2 hots on him.
should be pretty easy. shadow is useless if he tries to catchup or dot you or cc you while you run around that pillar with him.

but same principle if shadow runs at you all game long.
just a bit stressfull in 3s. but healing shouldnt be too bad on your dh because theoretically there's only 1 constant dps on you or dh while shadow runs after you
