almost everything the game uses to calculate anything, it uses MMR. If it's looking for players to find a match, it's looking to find 6 players similar MMR. how much CR you earn for winning or losing, it compares the player's MMRS to determine that. You need your CR to go up to hit benchmarks you're going for, like rival or duelist or elite/legend. But MMR is the behind the scenes that system uses for almost everything
