Hey guys, trying to work out how to get the most healing effectiveness out of renewal. It doesn't seem to be affected by Nurting Instinct or Natural Recovery (I guess because it's a flat percentage). Is there any advantage to shifting into bear form before using it to get more healing out of it? Or given that the % remains the same, when you shift back into cat will there be no real terms benefit for cat at all?
I've seen that you can benefit from Ursine Vigor and Battlemasters to push this further
So I guess the question is - Cat health 20% > Shift Bear (Ursine Vigor +20% for 4s), use Battlemasters, use Renewal > Shift Cat = what % health?

It doesnt incur a global cooldown, it incurs a cat form cooldown. You can press other spells immediately but you still have to wait out the global to press cat form again

ok so it sounds like. if my goal is to break roots (while I am in cat form), and then shift back to cat form as fast as possible. Using /cancelform then waiting for cat cooldown is the same speed as just using bearform ---> back to cat. The advantage of the cancelform is no GCD, but if the goal is simply to get back to cat, they are the same speed and both break roots. Right?
