Depends on my teammates. I avoid clone if I have shadow/affliction. But I usually try for 2 into regen and always take vortex. I take bash mostly but if there is a pet class I take roar.

The passive stat talent is also a great choice for throughout. Personally I don't mess with innervate in solo q bc they are usually not mana games but most recommend it.

I haven't really messed with moonkin stuff but saw some rdru on the ladder using it
