In theory it isn't much of a loss at all, mostly against high armor targets. But Moonfire being ranged is pretty good for not actually sitting at max energy when you come out of CC and arent in melee of anything. This will lead to more damage that isn't part of 'how much DPS does this add'

Yeah I see that would be really strong on spread pressure for sure. Just wondering if that was common in this meta. I run melee/caster so we often aren’t grouped for cleave and was eyeing the rejuv heals for more on low health targets when fighting a comp that will train us and swap back to the double life bloom vs spread comps.
