On paper, sounds like bursting HoTs with NV and cat bleeds and Moonfire+Sunfire+AS with Convoke on top is an immense amount of damage, but it also sounds like it needs a PhD to pull off in practice.

But Prevoker can't really kill with just Fire Breath+Deep Breath and Living Flame spam, can it? I guess only if the enemy DPS doesn't pop any defensives or selfheals.
