Most people have felt comfy like around like 18-20% haste. Alittle less alittle more depending on who you looked at. Lycara’s teaching is powerful. It’s a +6% haste gain in caster form that’s multiplicative. Will let you cheat on your haste gear some to snag more mastery imo.
