Ok so this VDH has:
Sigil of Silence - 10s silence on 36s cooldown.
Sigil of Misery - 9 or 10s fear on 54s cooldown.
Sigil of Chains - 70% 10s slow on 54s cooldown, this is dispelable but not shiftable.
The Sigils have ~9yd radius, cast directly under your target, and activate in 1 second, it's very easy to hit.
Now the kicker is they get 3s cd reduction on all sigils when they hit an enemy with any other sigil. So Silence is really a ~24s cooldown at most if you just hit 1 target with Sigil of Flame and Elysian Decree on cd, you can basically silence healer for 10s on DR. Fear ends up being a ~35s cooldown. And they still have Imprison and Illidan's Grasp.
