I have flipped back and forth between Swarm and Convoke... also between Draught and Circle... which is better at low CR? I know the top Ferals run Swarm/Draught, but I assume I could get away with an easier/meme rotation at low CR. my only goal this Season is to hit 1600 and get my pvp mount.
