First of all, you re not using the right talents. You re not playing flourish or natures bounty and you re playing harmonious blooming for some reason. Get the correct talents from wowhead.

Your overall cpm should be at least over 50. You are sitting on 34.8. This probably comes from the fact that you dont know enough about the class and are confused on what to cast. Reading the wowhead guide would help you a lot here.

Your lifebloom uptime is not that bad but you re renewing it outside of the pandemic range. You should get lifebloomalert as a reminder when to renew lifebloom.

You have only 1.3 swiftmend cpm. It is probably our most important spell because its tied to soul of the forest buff. You should aim to have at least 4.5 cpm with verdant infusion talent. You should always swiftmend the person with lifebloom and 2x rejuv. That is going to be yourself in raid mostly.

Your rejuvenation to regrowth ratio should be 1:1 and they should both be around 20 cpm. Ramp to 12 abundance (or higher depending on damage) and spam regrowth until you fall down to 6 and then cycle. Your average abundance was only 2.6, you should aim for 10. Abundance is crucial because our regrowths hit very hard and on 12 abundance they are basically free thus saving a lot of mana.

Be careful about clipping your rejuvenations.

You need to ramp before your convokes and tranqs. You missed out on one usage of convoke and 1 usage of tranq. You didnt take the flourish talent so your tranq doesnt extend your hots and they fall off quickly after. Correct talents are a must.

There is quite a lot to work on here, but take it one step at a time.
