However as u see in the picture, for tranquility cast, they say rejuv hots active: 9 is low/not enough, but even in the description they dont say what amount of rejuv hot is lower limit/good enough.

For other spells, they say like using regrowth above 6-7 sytacks is good or stuff like that. How many rejuv stacks do the wowanalyzer want before tranquility for it to be acceptable?

I wouldn't think too much about it. If you're already spamming RG's then it's not necessarily bad for your SOTF to be used by RG

But yes if u wanna be 100% certain that you always use it on rejuv, then swiftmend after rejuv

And if you're asking about the consume part (playing prosperity), then you can just press SM on a target that has regrowth on them instead of trying to consume the RG you just put out

Caster vs Catweave are relatively comparable in performance. If you’re doing low keys (15s and under), you’ll have more time to stand and spam Starfire on trash which will give higher overall DPS. Pure catweaving does higher priority damage (especially on bosses). Many of us in 19s/20s/etc are doing a bit of a combo of both.

Going into Moonkin isn’t really worth it most of the time. Just cast in normal form. No matter what path you do, use HotW in cat form.

Yes. Everyone needs to save defensive for bleed + overlap. The bleed by itself can easily be healed through. The overload AOE isn’t nearly as scary as you might think it is so, if someone is going to die, send a cooldown. NS is huge on that fight. (Finally got my 19 Seat Pug done today so it is fresh in my mind.)

Get used to bearforming the AOEs and you’ll save yourself some healing.

The ratio thing is a rough rule-of-thumb, since a very common mistake is just to spam rejuv throughout the fight, leading to very high rejuv to regrowth ratios

Right, so you should have full hots on that pull because double beams will kill people if you arent ready to heal them. There are many spots to let Rejuv maintenance drop a bit but that pull is not one of them.
Swapping LB or keeping it on a squishy DPS or even yourself depending on CD situation is very common, it's just gonna depend on who's in danger in each pull.
