double swiftmend is just so great to have imo. It gives you more flexibility to place lifebloom on targets with big debuff you cant dispell yet or on DPS without defensive who gets targeted twice in a row on a boss for example. Also the double soul of the forest is strong.

Your last sentence is the answer. Whenever you have time and wont let your party die.
You're approaching it backwards, you don't set out to have X amount of time catweaving and then try to heal stuff in a time frame that fits that. You just heal, when you heal good, you have more time to not heal. Take it 1 spell at a time and assess things constantly.
