Late reply: Because a "Do 1.5m damage to a prio target for pressing 2 buttons" is really good. There's quite a lot of trash where you have a prio target, saving dps 4s of 'clean up' time is good for 2 points in the Druid tree where the points arent really that contested.

Your priority is to keep lifebloom on a target in the herd at all times and always refresh it within 5 seconds of expiration.

Then you want to keep swiftmend on cooldown (as casting it empowers your next cast and spawns trees). If the group needs emergency healing you can regrowth to spike some heals or if damage isnt heavy you can rejuv for more overall healing and longer lasting mastery stacks, as well as rejuv counts for regrowth spam

In heavy damage you want to build up to damage windows by casting a lot of rejuvs, then burst with stacked up regrowths when the damage happens
