Your lb uptime is at 73%, you need to get that over 90% because its tied to your efflo and also your apex if you play it. Your swiftmend cpm is low, which is bad because swiftmend has a lot of interactions with talents and should be used on cd. Your overall cpm is also low for a resto druid. You need to aim >50 cpm.

Hi. I think the new Apex changes is a nerf to Mythic+ and a boost to raid heals. Someone said that apex doesnt always target the player with lifebloom active on them and that is correct. 5 procs of apex get my group from 20% to full health with active rejuvs on them so I see 3 procs will be a nerf. Yes compensated for rank 2/3 heals because we all agree the splash was rubbish. However prosperity talent with hots on active tank should proc blooms in normal throughput. I see in raids prosperity being taken again just to benefit from the bloom procs.

You cant only cast rejuvenation as you will run out of mana very quickly, your rejuvenation to regrowth ratio needs to be 1:1. Ramp up to 12 abundance and then spam regrowth until you fall under 6 and then cycle again. Your lb uptime is bad at 60%, it should be at least 90%. Your cpm on swiftmend is only 2 which is very very bad. Swiftmend is connected to most of our talents and we need to press it on cd. You are also only on 38 cpm which means that you are not pressing your spells at all. You need to always be casting and to have >50cpm.

A lot of stuff to work on. I suggest checking the common mistakes from the pins.

Question, I got heart of the wind on Myth track in the vault today. I currently run Gaze (champ track) and Vaelgor's final Start (HC Track). What would you run between these 3 trinkets? QE is telling me to replace gaze with HoW but i kinda feels bad

But uptime is like 80%+ fully upgraded

Would appreciate some insights on heart of the wild. With damage being under 2% in the highest keys (watching streams of the top 10 m+ restos out there), why is it prioritized so highly? I understand damage is damage and helps, but 2 talent points for it seems excessive. I have to be missing something on its value. Why take it?
