See 3.4k achievement in mplus giving limited access to past formerly unavailable mounts. The activity and hype it generated for the mode is a healthy and good thing, and I think increasing the health and activity in the game is more important than maintaining prestige for old content or maintaining the healthiness of an individual not having everything they want.
If they could channel these past limited items into a force that increases activity, I think that's a win.

Anecdotal situation but I was doing someone's 19 resil the other day. The healer consistently kept body pulling random mobs. In a 19. Not a couple times, over and over and over and over across multiple runs, a few times resulting in his death. Only reason we timed the key is because dps and tank had zero deaths and had the damage to make up for it.

THAT is what I was missing, I do read more havoc, and there the buff is not really relevant for keys, they just trying to bring AR up to FR but still not enough, so keys will stil be all FR. Seems thats the same for mage. Thanks! Now, feral still CAN complain, with median raid dps of 58 VS most other classes around 75. +4% doesn't make us even close yet.
