It's deceptive. It has very good boss damage, so on encounter like Imperator and Salad'ar you want to ignore the ads and just stay on the boss if your raid leader will let you.

- the basic points you mentioned here are almost all correct, but you don't really care about snapshot especially in aoe. non-tf rake into tf'd rake is good, but you don't really change primal wrath application around tf availability; simply cast it on pandemic. You get to refresh them much more often and non-tf rip is still better than no-rip.
- lining up cds went fairly well but there are situations you did not pop up cds on cd, namely first pull - well it's really a fast-dying pull but longterm these can sum up to less cds used in total.
- rdps was fairly low but i see the situation to be still more swipe build-favored. frost mage wasn't at their best
- lots of shred casts; even in rake-centered build, swipe still got higher prio compared to shred - meaning after applying lotta rake you build with swipe, no shred unless you're intentionally focusing on a certain target.
- tragic death could possibly be prevented through bear into frenzied regeneration, especially since you took ursine vigor from the druid tree (extra hp and armor in the first few seconds of bear).
- also you can cast fr in cat form costing 40 energy due to a dotc talent (but just bear before big hit, wcyd after spending 40 energy for heal anyways + fluid form allows you to re-catform through shred/rake cast FROM bear form)
- you can use topgear - dungeon slice at raidbots to optimize feral gearing in m+. worth checking flasks and surely change ring enchants to crit amp if that's allowed with your bear-main setup
Overall really decent play if this is like your starter gameplay. Check out method guide by dru and dreamgrove compendium by crazy for detailed insights, also wowanaylzer supports feral well.
- with full cd sets, even cheaper potions could make a meaningful difference. maybe consider r1 light ones
also i think you don't have any crafted gear, and thus no embellishment at all in this character. Consider something like boots with arcanoweave lining. Loa band is also good if you don't have plans for rolling a myth version of the current 276 haste mastery ring. You can try simming with replacing the cape with a crafted one with lining

you just care about not wasting any resource, and in the occasional cases where you're forced to waste, you rather waste energy instead of combo points
pooling to 50 so you can bite while at 5cp with a clearcasting proc is fairly low chance of wasting anything
