They've already butchered the classes to make room for these changes, it's insulting that the changes were so ineffective, a revert on the class changes aren't happening so the least they can do is keep trying to execute the reason for butchering them.

Sometimes, because of Panther’s Guile, using Shred immediately puts me at 5 combo points, so I feel like I have to cast Ferocious Bite before reapplying Rake. This can leave Rake down for a short time.
Is that downtime expected/normal, or should I prioritize reapplying Rake sooner in that situation?

This is a random question not necessarily related to cat specifically, but I've reset my entire interface as a mini project to improve performance and for the most part, it worked great, but while testing, I noticed that on my druid, when I shift to and from forms, I get an fps drop of anywhere from 4-6ish. It's nearly imperceptible while playing, but it does cause a little visible microstutter. Does this happen to everyone while shifting or is it likely some add-on?
