I started writing and realized it is probably better to just share in public, since someone can maybe read it and learn something 
Eclipse should maybe be added to this; it can be important in order to contextualize your Convoke and Force of Nature casts. Like in the Midnight Falls log this specific picture is from, the 3 Force of Nature and Convoke casts in the middle are also used with Eclipse. If I didn't specifically hold Eclipse to line up for that I would do less damage as my cooldowns are not layered, and the Force of Nature and Convoke casts should then be marked somehow that they're used wrong.
Alternatively, I think maybe the best solution would be a reworked Cooldowns feature that tells you whether a specific press of the cooldown was bad, okay or good, since there are very specific rules for what order you want to press them.
Your cooldown windows should always go, in order:
Fury of Elune (if talented)
Force of Nature (if talented)
Celestial Alignment/Incarnation (if Keeper: always use on the GCD after Force of Nature unless fight is ending in less than 20 seconds)
Convoke the Spirits (at low Astral Power, this usually means you spend AP between your Celestial Alignment and your Convoke)
🔴 BAD COOLDOWNS:

Keeper of the Grove has a LOT of intricacies with cooldown management, and if WoWAnalyzer could support the conditions for knowing which CD is casted badly and which is good, it would be an amazing tool
The past expansion+ the only value WoWAnalyzer has had are the default "being able to see uptime in the timeline" and "contextualizing your Starlord avg haste gain" features, which are very low effort relative to the things the website can do
I sent basically the same message to Rex months ago when I was told he was working on it; he added a few things, but not nearly everything
Don't think WoWAnalyzer has had a moonkin person upkeeping the module before either so it's basically always been left in the dust without passion to upkeep it

- My current work on Eclipse/CA/Incarn will integrate the use of other cooldowns during/before them. But indeed I would need to add a dedicated section to highlight whether FoE/FoN/Convoke have been used correctly.
- For now I have not touched the ability timeline but it definitely needs some fixes.
- Sunfire/Moonfire casts in the reworked DoT section are marked as good if the DoTs would not have lasted at least 10s during burst window. Tell me if not fine, it stemmed from a discussion with @craggy sonnet
- Regarding AP before burst window to ensure 3 spenders : I have tried adding a count of AP before burst window, but it seemed a bit off. I'm currently implementing a timer before first 3 spenders during a burst window : I don't have to code a lot of weird stuff and it showcases whether the player cast his first 3 spenders ASAP
- I agree that this guide should not be "did you follow this monstruous APL ?". The APL is awesome for a simbot but this guide aims at explaining to a player what he did wrong and why. Indicators and explanations are paramount.

Yup, my idea was to check how much of the duration of FoE/FoN overlaps a burst window. Something like 80% is good, 90% is perfect. It leaves some room for cases like the one you have described.
