as for changes, yes thats for sure easier if you can grasp it faster .. but results are not necessarily agnostic of the underlying base. i agree, getting the hang of the framework definitely takes longer .. the actual builder / spender stuff is not super hard tho.

That spell is confusing as fuck too. It says "Performs an off role ability" but you cannot use the feral druid spell in cat form, as boomkin, but you can use the bear spell and human spell. But the tooltip does not say that you can use the bear spell and not the cat spell

I think the talent icon is just different from the actual spell icon. The spell appears as shown and changes with form. The talent icon is just different entirely.

ur not worried about uptime... ur worried about your gcds/damage in eclipse
jsut cuz u press the button doesnt mean ur doing damage.... you need to be also prepping in eclipse and watching the buff and the charges

I personally do ST 5 Min, i'm not a pro but i don't think there is fight on this tier that heavily prioritize haste over crit or mastery, there is no heavy aoe fight where u can make a lot of difference by having X more secondary over another (except for vers), but i could be wrong tho

so it's just about if you get anything from not insta sending incarn
i.e saladbar where you get adds like 10-15s in, you may as well pop an eclipse before that
