After having log reviewed a ton of people there are definitely some common mistakes that people make; not casting enough, not being proactive about movement, not optimizing your time inside Eclipse/Incarn, using cooldowns at the end of packs, sitting on a capped Eclipse cooldown for egregious amounts of time

after the API restrictions this expansion there are very minor difference in performance with elvui, if any at all
but it still gets a lot of shit from old stuff
case in point

ofc it's better to use 0 addons vs 1 addon for performance, but the alternative to elvui features are usually a suite of other addons, which just ends up doing the same shit anyway but with more clutter on your addon list
