For the record, it's a very good idea to target the target casting something. For one, it gives cooldown reduction on the interrupt (if you have the talent), and secondly it actually prevents the mob you target from recasting for a few seconds if they move out of beam. The other silenced mobs are only silenced while in the beam

I've seen pretty consistent gearing conventions across multiple builds and multiple fight styles. I havn't done any M+ sims, or sustained 4t+, so idk much about that. But, most other fight styles end up wanting the same stats as a 5m ST sim in my experience. Did alot of 2t sims, 2t with 1t spread, 3t, some burst aoe, some dmg amp sims, they all wanted the same shit as ST 5m, so
