Tier lists come with a grain of salt. It’s best to sim everything, obviously. To my eye, that tier list looks raid focussed. Haste gains a lot of value for Elunes Chosen and can muscle out crit, depending on the damage profile of the dungeon. For example, in my current gear, heart of wind is just as good as soulstealers charm.

There are advanced sim options where you can input items you do not have. You may want to sim those.

hi guys i have a lot question: What should I do when I’m at full Astral Power and there are only a few seconds left before my cooldowns end? Should I save my resource for the next Eclipse, or should I spend it all immediately?
While using WoW Analyzer, I noticed that I often overcap my Astral Power during a key. I think the reason is that I don’t spend it when I’m about to finish a pull. Does it still make sense to hold it even if there is no Arcane Pulsar?
Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I often don’t know what to do in these situations.
