if you just entered eclipse/CA/incarn and have 3x ascendant stars and you use your starfall and get a free starsurge to cast and 2x ascendant stars are still up, do you use that free starsurge on X amount of mobs or do you stick to starfall since its damage will be 20% higher? and if it matters, at what number of mobs does the priority change?
