I haven't played since start of TWW and have forgotten everything about crafts and sparks.

The WoWHead BiS guide says that this season, the BiS are a raid dagger and off hand lantern (craft).
HOWEVER, the recommended craft section seperates the Early Crafts and the BiS Crafts.
In the Early part, they say that we should first get the 2H Staff.

I'm not sure how that's gonna play out later on. Are we expect to just toss the Staff away when we get our hands on the dagger ?
It feels like a lot of money is getting tossed aside for something that we will not keep.

Shouldn't we just get the Crafted Lantern now and wait for a dagger from either M0/M+ while waiting for the Raid dagger ?

Primal Spore Binding embellishment is not working as intended: i've just done an m0 tour and combed through my dps logs and only found a handful of dmg procs, under 0.1% contribution. Digged into it a bit more with the help of folks from dreamgrove discord, turns out the embellish is proccing more often than what I'm seeing, but with the HEALING effect, which is obviously not what a dps spec would want. I am just wondering about a few things that you are all doing.. 1) when do you hold fury of elune and when do you cast on cd? 2) from looking at parses it seems like people are casting there eclipse early in the fight and then casting celestial alignment before eclipse wears off? is that correct? 3) do you hold trees for use with just celestial or do you burn it with eclipse?

In case you don't.

Don't forget that you can change your crests into different crests (with some requirements).

If you have lots of veteran crests. If you upgrade to 6/6 that is the same as 2/6 Champion (Ilvl 250).

Therefore try to upgrade to 6/6 veteran and save yourself 20 champion crests going from 1/6 champion to 2/6 champion.

I've saved 80 champion crests by using up veteran crests first so far.

If done for all gear slots, ONLY if going 1/6 Champion to 2/6 Champion, you save 260 Champion crests.

This also works for other gear tiers too e.g. 6/6 adventurers will save veteran's 1/6-2/6, 6/6 champion will save you hero 1/6 hero to 2/6 hero and myth crests for going 1/6 myth to 2/6 myth.
