1. I understand that we first pool astral power before we enter any eclipse. Does this also apply for cooldowns? For example Incarnation and Force of Nature? Like build astral up to like 60-70, then pop Force of Nature + Incarnation?
2. What About fury of Elune? do we use it outside of Eclipse or inside?
