CDs like Fury of Elune/Eclipse/CA/Convoke can be spread on shift modifiers for 1-2-3-4-Q-E-R-F

Movement spells like Dash/Stampede/Wild Charge/Prowl could be kept somewhat around the same area

Same applies for CC like Typhoon/Incap Roar/Vortex

The rest are just random utility spells you press once a blue moon

details+plater are skins, plater has not implemented Blizzard's aura settings yet (afaik) so there's obscene amount of debuffs on your nameplates

DBM is not obsolete it is also just a skin

but you should use BigWigs instead anyway (you always should have)

You either track your CDs with the in-game cooldown manager or action bars

Most people are using the in-game cooldown manager together with a complimentary add-on (better cooldown manager, arcui, enhanceqol, cooldown manager centered, cooldown manager control) etcetcetc

If you want an easy solution and just want to get a decent UI quick and get to playing the game - there are numerous free UI packs up on Wago

out of free ones I recommend LuckyOneUI or Luxthos, but there are probably other good ones that I don't know about
