To go back to why pre patch eclipse feels so much worse than beta apex eclipse - casting eclipse grants at minimum two globals to move and reposition with instant spells - this can be extended by refreshing dots before eclipse or by proccing free spenders/ dumping accumulated AP.

Currently you get none of the active effects of eclipse and it’s just a nothing burger button.

That was a bit of my next steps, to at least let you pick which CDM frame to anchor to. I might add more options to allow for e.g. an Arc UI bar or something, but that'd be down the track a ways. Too many other things need some love right now.
