bcdm is fine but it does nothing special (other than including a basic resouce bar and cast bar), cant even center icons.
cooldown manager centered is also a solid base but no custom groups (you can get these with Enhanced QoL, which everyone should have tbh)
I would only use ArcUI for its aura / cooldown bars module
