I agree that generally talents below the 20 point gate should be good talents, but the bottom row specifically being referred to as capstones that should be powerful just depends on the general design of the tree
Incarn/Convoke and FoE/Moons are the gameplay-altering choices to make at the bottom section, which is fine. Maybe the left side should have an equally interesting choice instead of Firmament/OB but it is what it is

I checked the Pinned comment and it lists good items from either M+ or Raid in order but its not generally for M+
Also if i look at the general average of the top 50 M+ Balance Druids there are alot of Voidcore + Voidglass spire + either Parapodia or Rital forge, but also some antennas and i think its not quite clear to me Lily also sims kind of high for me right now.
