Almost got all 10s finally on my attempt at learning balance pretty much for the first time ever. Sometimes do 6 million at 712 sometimes a lot less depends a lot on the tank and on me. I think I "overspread' dots and such and sometimes it takes a bit long to try and get everythign dotted up and then two wraths for moonfire. Getting better at isolating windows for the incarn burst window. A lot of fun for me since it's a new spec havent' really touched before.

lunar amplification and lunation switch spots (so you always have lunation)

Elune grace changed to: when entering eclipse get a shield equal to X (the charge thing is completely useless for balance)
