I havent played it, just read stuff about it, thats what I heard/read so far:
Boomy kinda slams currently dmgwise. Which makes me somewhat optimistic.
Otherwise: Yes, Eclipse now has 2 (?) stacks and a 45sec CD.
However: It triggers on your last two spells (meaning 2x Starfire before pressing -> Lunar) which makes more sense that you're casting Solar in ST and get your ST-Eclipse then and Starfire in Aoe for Lunar and not the occasional Starfire in your ST rotation for Solar or having to cast 2 Wrath on an aoe pack.
Playwise its kinda the same ... M+: Dotting up packs while theyre assembled, Starfiring, using eclipse for more dmg.
Usually you have your next eclipse for the next pack.
Needs some thinking how you use your eclipses in encounters maybe, but in M+ its somewhat "having an eclipse for every pack" kinda ...
Correct me ofc if Im wrong.

and u can change ur gems/enchants around to test when raidbots whats u to "lower / stop" at a mastery point

I'm trying to understand the logic of opening sequence of elune's chosen and I don't understand why we are supposed to cast fury of elune before celestial alignment. Wouldn't it make more sense to cast alignment first, to get bonus to astral damage from lunar eclipse?

u cast foe before because it doesnt do a lot of damage so ur wasting time inside of your cd
foe is used as a modifier for damage
the only part of foe that does damage is the aoe at the end
and the damage is dynamic "to get bonus astral damage" u miss 1 or 2 ticks

As already said, you're basically using FoE and in the GCD after you press Incarn. You're not loosing too much FoE-dmg through it but gain an additional GCD in your Incarn-window for a harder hitting spell, f.e. Starfire (with chance of a free Surge f.e.).
Thats pretty much it 🙂

Treants are a little slow and even buggy sometimes on Moonfire application, so you just apply the Moonfire at start to be safe for your burst, also helps with having enough ap for a 3 Surge Burst opener.
