Im pretty sure on the compendium it tells you to only moonfire targets that will live 6+ seconds or something like that. So you always moonfire the high HP targets in that pull, sunfire and then blast and you pretty much never moonfire the tiny ads as they'll pop in half a second

Would be nice if they made moonfire function the same way as sunfire, cast it once and it aoe applies the dot to everyone around it

I recently picked up Balance Druid and have been having a lot of fun in keys so far! I do have a few questions though (apologies if they’re very basic or already answered somewhere, I might have just missed them).

1. Incarnation usage
   How do you usually handle your second Incarnation? Right now, if it’s a big pull (like the first pull in Flood) and we have BL, I’ll pop both back-to-back. After that, I try to hold the second one until Fury of Elune is back, but should I also wait for Warrior of Elune?

2. Pull setup
   What’s your approach at the start of a pull? For example, in Arakara, City of Echoes, if our tank tags everything as we go down the stairs, I can easily Moonfire while moving. But yesterday we pugged, and the tanks didn’t touch anything on the way. On the first pull I died after dotting, and on the second I just held back, only to end up spending a ton of GCDs Moonfiring once everything was grouped up. What’s the best way to handle this?

3. Target switching
   When is it best to swap and how do you handle it? For instance, on the first bosses of Ecodome and Arakara, I usually DoT the adds, but they die so quickly that it feels wasted. Should I just ignore them and stay on the boss? Is it ever worth dropping a Starfall there, or is single-target damage the better play?

You can add the item in Top Gear first, run the sim, and then click the 3 dots on the iteration that uses it and run that iteration in Droptimizer

If you only want the item string you can add the item in Top Gear and then shift+right click the item icon to copy the base string, then add ,ilevel=720 at the end of the string to make it 720 ilvl

and then add that item string to your equipped items in your SimC input

I used to use luxthos on every class… but i get lag spikes all the time so i reworked my ui (on my warrior at least), now i have a question… what buffs/debuffs (except sun & moonfire) do i need to track?
Got an aura for the set buffs but what is mandatory to keep track of?

another question, are there any good sun & moonfire trackers out there?
I tried a few from wago but most of them track it kinda shitty, like the aren’t accurate (wa shows like 4-5 seconds) and my plater show 15+ seconds, that applies mostly in m+ when targets die and i swap, then the tracking fucks up big time
and most of the auras on wago are last updated in like season 1 or 2
