The tooltip is also adjusting accordingly - I have only checked it in open world at a target dummy but I have no idea why this is happening. Does anyone have any idea why the CA duration is going down from 12 sec to 10.5 sec?

I'm progressing mythic but today we were reclearing HC which we are heavily outgeared for and I did quite little damage to living masses, as I was just sending it on boss, because the way I see it, we spend 3 globals to damage it and they live for 6 globals. Am I just inherently wrong and should I be sending on it, or am I doing it fine. (can't even believe i'm asking HC related stuff but oh well)

you surging is your ability to move, as long as you dont overcap ur not losing damage anywhere

Turns out you can pick new moon for a 1% loss in ST (at least with my gear) if you pick it in KOTG standard st build, however it does 4% of my damage. So more or less purely cosmetic.
In Elunes chosen it's a 1.6% loss in ST (for me) from the standard st Elunes build. In that build it does a lot more damage but it's a 12% loss compared to standard KOTG build.
So now i understand why no one plays it..

Yeah. For me there's just something that's always been appealing with crashing moons on bosses and mobs and making it hurt.
Wouldn't have to be insane hits but at least more than a pinch. But I might just have to wait for that to work since 12% DPS loss from optimal talents is a bit to much 😅
