Guardian would be sick if they got rid of baseline bear.. made it into a dps / defensive cooldown. You'd be in caster with access to heals, roots.. mitigate with parry, dodge, thorns.

And it's a terrible one. Give it a 1 min cooldown, reduced by doing x over time. Now it becomes an epic ability you hit every now and then.. tanky and just starts thrashing and stampeding everywhere 🙂
would also allow for some actual defensives for the other specs that don't rely on using bear for the hp gain lol
