well you'd only want to delay signet on the double CA's and only 2 GCDs, as it's 20s and our ramp is about 22s long. You'd delay 15s trinkets about 7 on double CA's only, and delaying forge is w/e since it already lasts entire double CA and the int drop is minor. I can't really say anything about your sim without lookin at it.

and depending on boss timer/in the opener, you can use a 2nd CA on those 2 surges, to give them 40% balance of all things crit

higher haste is going to make the rotation easier to execute, so if you're bad at thinking ahead for movement you might perform better with higher haste even if the robot says lower is better. You should focus on doing the rotation better and being more intentional with your movement
