Like you do Araz on pull, you do normal rotation for like 15 sec, then you start using CDs and then 5 seconds in you use Lilys so you get both buffs for 10 seconds.
Araz will be at like 11k Int or so Int buff after 20 seconds which is 10% of your total int give or take

Trees gives you 24% damage for 10 seconds
CA gives you both eclipses at the same time, lunar and solar
Astral damage (like starsurge) is both lunar and solar so it gets benefit from both eclipses which means your mastery also double dips during CA. So if your mastery increases eclipse damage by 20% you get 40% in CA with starsurge
Add Balance of all things talent to that which gives 20% crit at the start of the eclipse, that means 40% crit for starsurge at the first second of CA.
Your convoke also casts 16 spells in 4 seconds, some of these being starsurges and wraths.

Combine all of this together and you can maybe understand why using your cds together makes them do so much more damage.
Theres more to it and im in bed and typing slowly on phone but do what arctic said 😁
